Jeff Landowski is a global IT leader with 18+ years of experience in emerging supply chain technologies across design, development, project management, strategy, and deployment. Track-record of leading supply chain transformation projects for Fortune 500 customers.
Approaching Supply Chain Innovation through both a technical and operational lens - while focusing on the challenges that matter most.
-
Plan.
Planning is vital. It’s a method to decide how best to use resources (people, time, money, solutions) so that they make the most significant contribution to achieving goals.
I’ve contributed a majority of my career towards designing very practical and innovative long-term supply chain roadmaps. Collaborating with key stakeholders (vendors, dev, enterprise arch, finance, business) to ensure the plan is sustainable and aligns with expectations.
I have 18+ years of experience in Supply Chain Tech planning across:
Short-term Tactical (immediate)
Med/Long-term Tactical (1-12 mo)
Short-term Strategic (1-3 yr)
Med/Long-term Strategic (3-10 yr)
-
Deploy.
Successfully executing a supply chain deployment strategy is easier said than done. Long deployments can be seen as costly and crippling to supply chains, delaying success.
Fast deployments (shotgunning) are unnecessarily risky and often miss requirements and lead to failure.
I prefer a thoughtful, agile approach. Ample time for requirement definition, workflow the business process (existing and to-be), solution design, document risks and mitigations. While still implementing a minimum viable pilot and quick wins to more quickly take advantage of improvements. Then follow-up quick wins with phases to continually deliver towards a north star.
-
Collaborate.
Success cannot occur in a silo. Whether planning, designing, deploying - the most successful projects are those where I’ve had tight and continuous collaboration with all stakeholders.
I have 18+ years of experience leading collaborations across:

Internal partners: Finance, HR, InfoSec, Data, Enterprise Arch, DevOps, Procurement
